A modern article giving us basically the same message as this PSA from 60 years ago. The only difference is now we (arguably) waste time thanks to technology as well as just lying down eating apples like the guy in the video. Of course we have been talking about using technology to document our intervention so it can't be all bad! At the bottom of the article there's a chart showing how free time is spent depending on gender and marital status pretty interesting (although I'm not sure of the source).
